You must initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
Personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Cancellations Before Receiving Orders

Cancellation Fee: Orders that are canceled before they are shipped will incur a 15% processing fee based on the total order amount. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with cancellations.
